Josephine goes by Josie” for short. She is a Vietnamese Canadian born and raised in Toronto and now living in Vancouver. She has been professionally trained as a Certified Makeup Artist since June 2021 from John Casablancas Institute. One of the most gratifying pleasures of Josie’s is having the opportunity to bring out the individual beauty and confidence of a person for any occasion.
