Tamara is a certified Makeup Artist living in Victoria, BC, and is best known for her soft glam makeup style with gorgeous glowing skin. A Global Makeup Artistry graduate from Blanche Macdonald, Tamara’s makeup skills also include special effects, prosthetics, Indian bridal makeup, as well as airbrush makeup techniques.Â
