Faye Smith Agency Makeup and Hair Artists are constantly on an endless pursuit to be the best makeup and hair artists in Vancouver, and the best makeup and hair artists in Toronto. Every year our makeup and hair artists compete and enter into awards, and every year they bring home validation of their efforts in the form of splendid awards for their beautiful makeup and hair art, including the BC Professional Wedding Awards. Most recently Master Stylist, Angela, won a 2024 Leo Award for her hair styling in the Dramatic Series category for Sight Unseen. Senior Stylist, Robby, also won a 2024 Leo Award for the Best Makeup Artist in the Short Drama category for Zip the Film. The FSA Beauty Team really are Real Beauty Queens.
The Professional BC Wedding Awards is the longest standing wedding industry award program in Canada. They are an independent, and unbiased organization. They are dedicated to finding and awarding the best of British Columbia’s dynamic and creative wedding industry. Faye Smith Agency has won the BC Wedding Awards for Best Wedding Hair Style on numerous occasions, as well as British Columbia’s Best South Wedding Hair and Makeup.
These awards recognize some of the incredible creative talent, companies, and individuals that make up British Columbia’s wedding professionals. Faye’s Wedding Updo art has achieved the first place award for “BEST WEDDING HAIR STYLE” for 2015 and 2018. After her last award was won in 2020, unfortunately the BC Wedding Awards closed their doors and these awards are no longer given out.
