Amelia is a Makeup Artist from our Vancouver team. She specializes in makeup for Bridal and Special Events, as well as Editorial, Photoshoots, Fantasy and Special Events. She has worked in the beauty industry for a decade. Along with 8 years at Sephora as an educator and artist, she spent 4 years working as a lab technician at a local prosthetics studio.
She has a BFA in fine arts and oil painting from Emily Carr University, as well as graduating from the John Casablancas Institute.
Some of her accolades are as follows:
- Winner of the “Hollywood North Film Award” for best Prosthetic/ Costume design in 2021
- Key HMUA for the short film “Tiger By The Tail“, in which her work was nominated for a Leo award in 2023
- Designed and completed campaigns for multiple local brands such as; Fitness World, Parq Casino, Slate Wearables , L.L. Bean, J.W. Marriot, Shangila Vancouver and The Vancouver Canucks.
- Work featured in Schon Magazine, Forecast Magazine, Holt Renfrew, Penida Magazine.
