Sarah is a Junior Makeup and Hair Artist. Since graduating from Blanche Macdonald Centre, she has loved to create glowy and flawless makeup looks and soft wave hairstyles.  She especially enjoys applying contour, highlighter and blush, and creating matte eyeshadow looks and bridal glams. She is also Sephora trained and continues to expand her hair and makeup knowledge at Faye Smith Academy seminars.

Sarah has volunteered with different associations doing hair, makeup and face painting, including Vancouver Fashion Week, JAC by Jacqueline Conoir, The Gathering Place, Canadian Cancer Society, and You Wear it Well…Just for Grads.

Her biggest accomplishment to date was organizing makeup artists for a multi-thousand dollar client, Luminesque Dance, across six live shows reaching approximately 3,000 people, and thousands of more viewers online.

Sarah’s beauty tip: To create a stunning pop of highlight, use a use a matte or luminous matte foundation, and press in a liquid or cream highlight onto the highlight points using your finger or a sponge. Finish off the highlight by lightly dusting a powder highlighter (MAC’s Soft & Gentle Mineralize Skinfinish works for most makeup looks and skin tones) onto the same highlight points.
