She graduated from Blanche Macdonald Centre in March 2023 and has since focused on learning and developing her skills, as well as expanding her experience working with diverse clients. Sarah is also Sephora trained and continues to develop her hair and makeup artistry knowledge and skills through Faye Smith Academy seminars and workshops.

Outside of freelancing, Sarah works as a Demo Artist for Valentino, Armani and Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, and as a retail beauty specialist. Sarah often volunteers with different associations doing hair, makeup and face painting, including Vancouver Fashion Week, JAC by Jacqueline Conoir, The Gathering Place, Canadian Cancer Society, and You Wear it Well…Just for Grads.

Sarah’s dream is to become a master bridal hair and makeup artist, and would be happy to help glam you and your bridal party on your special day.

Sarah’s beauty tip: To create a stunning pop of highlight, use a matte foundation, and press in a liquid or cream highlight onto the highlight points using your finger or a makeup sponge. Finish off the skin by lightly dusting a powder highlighter onto the same highlight points (MAC’s Soft & Gentle Mineralize Skinfinish works for most makeup looks and skin tones).
